My name is Jyotsna Akella. Growing up, my hazel eyes always set me apart, a constant reminder of my uniqueness in a world where I desperately wanted to blend in. It wasn’t until years later that I realized perhaps I was never meant to fit in—I was destined to stand out.
This epiphany ignited a mission within me: to stand up for what I believe in, despite my fears, and to help others do the same. We all navigate life through the lenses of our early conditioning. Though our stories are unique, many of us share a common desire to make a difference, starting with our own lives and families. My goal is to help those trapped by their limiting beliefs, build a community where dreams are pursued and fears are faced together.
Driven by this passion, I trained with some of the world’s most renowned coaches, who helped me break through my barriers. Now, as a coach, I am dedicated to empowering others to see and reach their full potential. I am here to serve, inspire, and create a community where together, we stand up, stand out, and make a difference.
Professionally, I am a technology leader passionate about transforming healthcare. I've had the privilege of serving in roles such as Vice President of Education and Public Relations within the Toastmasters International Organization. The African Library Project named me a global literacy champion for establishing libraries in Ghana. Being on the Board of Directors for an orphanage in India that fosters around 70 children is deeply meaningful.
Family is my anchor. Balancing career and family, I've learned that our values shape our legacy and future generations. My daily commitment is to instill these values in my children while pursuing professional growth.
